Sonia, you are amazing and so caring. After not being diagnosed for a long time I was about to give up on the NHS. Then I moved to Romford and immediately got the support I needed initially. This year I've had several admissions to hospital and spoke with Sonia today (22nd Sept 2020) and she has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She doesn't judge or criticize, she empathises with her patients and bonds with them.in a way that most NHS Practitioners don't. We came up with a plan that caters to my needs as a severe asthmatic patient. But Sonia also took into account that I have Autism and didn't overload me with information. My only prayer for her is that the NHS Trust responsible for Queens Hospital and King George Hospital would bring in at least two more Asthma physiotherapists to help Sonia with her patients and with those in A&E with respiratory problems. This lady is amazing. During my illness I have been pushed around to different people and always been given answers but after speaking with Sonia I fully I understand everything and all my questions was answered. Sonia was very relaxing, understanding and listened to everything I had to say. Sonia made the phone consultation very easy and put my mind at rest. Sonia is fantastic at her job and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are happy.

Sonia takes on an incredibly large caseload (there are a lot of asthmatics on this earth) despite this, she has never complained or comprised the high level of care she gives to her patients. Honestly the work and dedication she puts into ALL of her patients is admirable and we are so grateful to have her
